MA3 Group Please

This plugin implements the "not implemented" MA3 feature of setting Group as default target object (as in MA2) by entering Group Please.

This is done by using up one of the IDTypes present in MA3, possibly renaming it, using it to look for error codes in command line response and then running the proper command.

Plugin AutoStart is also not implemented in MA3, but this plugin is shipped with an AutoRun installer.
When AutoRun is installed, it will enable DMXremotes and add a DMXremote with a macro which runs the plugin automatically.

Setting up the plugin

When the plugin is executed it will show a window where you can access the settings, install/uninstall the autorun or start/stop the plugin manually.

Please note that there should be no fixtures assigned to the IDType used by this plugin.
